ABOUT MICRONIZATION

Powder particles are fed into flat circular milling chamber
through a ventury by pressurized air or nitrogen.
The powder particles accelerates in a spiral movement
inside milling chamber. During spiral movement particles
collide with each other and milling takes place.
Some high velocity of air or gases are used for milling,
hence no heat generation. Therefore jet milling is also
suitable for sensitive and low melting point materials
